We are proud to be the only national system that incorporates fundraising into the judged competition. Whether you are new to pageants, or very experienced, we are sure you will love participating in our system. State Delegates are chosen to compete in our national competition in two ways. If there is a state pageant scheduled in the state you wish to represent you must compete in and win that pageant in order to qualify. If not, you may complete the “At Large” Application in order to be considered for selection as a State Delegate. Click on the appropriate “State Link” to see if pageant is currently scheduled in your state.
American Spirit Pageants is pleased to announce that the $995 registration fee for “At Large” delegates will include lodging at Coronado Springs Resort during the pageant.
Celebrate the “American Spirit” on the eve of the 10th Anniversary of 9/11 by attending “Starry Starry Party Party” on September 10th, at the Steeplegate Inn in Davenport, Iowa.
The event is co-hosted by American Spirit Charities. Admission is $20 and includes heavy hors d’oeurres, a free drink ticket and an opportunity to meet a host of celebrities. Proceeds go to American Spirit Charities, which helps fund worthwhile causes like the HAVlife Foundation.
Join film star Jason London, cast members from “The Bachelor and “The Bachelor Pad”, former Miss Universe Chelsi Smith, television host extraordinaire Brian Mcfayden, Nashville recording artist beau Davidson, Ms. American Spirit Amanda Williams and others as they help raise money for American Spirit Charities and support Dennis VanDerGinst’s new reality show venture, “Lawfully Unwedded”. There will also be a special performance to tribute the “American Spirit”.

Theme Song Contest Winners Selected
In an interesting twist our selection committee has actually picked two winners in our theme song contest! Each will be awarded $1000 and travel and lodging to and at the pageant. Press Conference
Wednesday, September 29th, American Spirit Pageants held a press conference to official announce the launch of the inaugural national pageant. The conference was held at the site of the Finals, the Waterfront Convention Center in Bettendorf, IA. Present for the conference were founder and pageant director, Dennis VanDerGinst; Assistant Directors, Charlene Williams and Amy Scranton Kappeler; current Mrs. Iowa USA and ardent ASP volunteer, Christine Streets, and a slew of other staff members and volunteers.
