- All Contestants agree to adhere to the Eligibility Requirements laid out in the “Eligibility” Section.
- Contestants must be of good health and moral character.
- Contestants must not have been convicted of a felony crime. A Contestant may appeal this rule if applicable.
- Contestants shall be subject to a mandatory registration fee. Contestants shall not be refunded any portion of their entry fee if they decide not to compete or do not show up to attend pageant events.
- Contestant agrees all decisions of judges are final and irrevocable, and that she will abide by all regulations at the competitions.
- Contestant will permit American Spirit Pageants and their licensees the right to use delegate’s photographs for publicity purposes in connection with all American Spirit competitions, and shall permit American Spirit Pageants and their licensees to televise live or by the use of film or videotape any portion or all of the competition.
- Contestant, if selected, agrees that she will continue to represent American Spirit Pageants in a positive manner. She also agrees that she will not compete in another pageant system until she crowns her successor, unless written authorization is obtained from American Spirit Pageants (such authorization not to be unreasonably withheld) or else she shall immediately forfeit her title, crown, banner and all prizes. American Spirit Pageants expects its royalty to be loyal spokeswomen to its mission for one year.
- American Spirit Pageants asks its royalty to make a minimum of eight (8) appearances at charitable events during your reign, at which you will promote the title and/or your platform. These events shall be coordinated through American Spirit Pageants so as to minimize interference with your routine life.
