Wednesday, September 29th, American Spirit Pageants held a press conference to official announce the launch of the inaugural national pageant.
The conference was held at the site of the Finals, the Waterfront Convention Center in Bettendorf, IA.
Present for the conference were founder and pageant director, Dennis VanDerGinst; Assistant Directors, Charlene Williams and Amy Scranton Kappeler;
current Mrs. Iowa USA and ardent ASP volunteer, Christine Streets, and a slew of other staff members and volunteers.
